DELIVERY

We process your orders within 1-2 business days, during business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

You will receive email notification as soon as your package is on the way to you. All our shipments are fully insured and trackable.
Please check your spam folder too.

For local orders we ship with JNE. Orders around Bali take 1-2 working days (Saturdays are counted), to Jakarta and other islands - 3-4 working days on average.

International orders are sent with EMS Express or DHL Express, and take 4-6 working days. For Asian countries we use regular air post.

Please note that international parcels may need extra time for delivery due to custom clearance rules and procedures. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes, incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package.

Returned or refused packages will be refunded less than any incurred shipment or other costs. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

  • For smaller orders local delivery rate is 20,000 IDR.
  • For urgent delivery you can pick up from Ubud with Gojek at your own expense

    Regular AIR shipment (5-10 working days)  - 80,000 IDR (appr. 5 USD)

  • Australia - DHL (4-6 working days) - 300,000 IDR (appr. 20 USD)

  • US - DHL (4-6 working days) - 170,000 (appr. 11 USD)

  • Canada - DHL (4-6 working days) - 320,000 IDR (appr. 21 USD)

  • France, Germany, Netherlands, Great Britain - DHL (4-6 working days) - 400,000 IDR (appr. 24 EUR)

  • UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait - delivery rates start from 10-15 USD - please order via Shop-and-ship (instructions below)

Shop-and-ship recently opened their office in Indonesia, so you can register with them and enjoy lower delivery rates to number of countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus and some more have very favourable rates starting from 10 USD)

After registering in their system, you can put Shop-and-Ship address in Jakarta while ordering on our website. We will send the parcel to their address in Jakarta (your post box) for free.
International delivery service will be provided by 
Shop-and-Ship, and delivery fees will be paid directly to them.

 

CANCELATION

Due to change of mind, you may contact us at hello@balibebe.com to request cancellation after placing an order. Your request will be processed and if the order is not yet dispatched, we will be able to cancel your order and refund the payments. We cannot make any cancellations after your order was dispatched.

 

RETURN

Changed your mind or item didn't fit? No problem.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to let us know and send it back.

NOTE that gift card are non-refundable!

Items must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns if: 

  • The item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Return is claimed after 14 days from a delivery date
  • The item was purchased on Sale 

If you wish to return an item, please notify us at hello@balibebe.com and we will help you through the process.

 

REFUND and EXCHANGE 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify it your refund is approved or rejected. 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If the item is refunded and due to change of mind we charge a 10% administration fee.
