Our line is designed for babies, toddlers and kids up to 9 years old. We follow European sizing standards.
So simply measure your little one’s height and choose the size closest up. For example, if your kid is 87 centimetres high, choose size 92. It will serve you for about a year.
We aim for an average fit / body of each age. For chubby babies and kids (same height but higher than average weight) you may choose 1 or 2 sizes up. Please check the exact measurements of each design that we provide in each individual product page.

Shop-and-ship recently opened their office in Indonesia, so you can register with them and enjoy lower delivery rates to number of countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus and some more have very favourable rates starting from 10 USD)

After registering in their system, you can put Shop-and-Ship address in Jakarta while ordering on our website. We will send the parcel to their address in Jakarta (your post box) for free.
International delivery service will be provided by Shop-and-Ship, and delivery fees will be paid directly to them.
Due to change of mind, you may contact us at hello@balibebe.com to request cancellation after placing an order. Your request will be processed and if the order is not yet dispatched, we will be able to cancel your order and refund the payments. We cannot make any cancellations after your order was dispatched.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to let us know and send it back.

Items must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify it your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If the item is refunded and due to change of mind we charge a 10% administration fee.
